Matcha panna cotta with an unreasonable amount of brown sugar syrup.
I followed Cooking with Dog's recipe, except I didn't have whole milk and heavy cream so I used table cream and hoped that the M.F. percentage would somehow work itself out. Also I'm fairly certain I was supposed to continue to stir the mixture until it thickened up more so the matcha wouldn't settle. Honestly, I find the separation quite pretty.
